All our collaborators wear a mandatory mask for personal use, both in the office and when visiting homes.

Our technicians will maintain the minimum safety distance (between 1m and 2m) at all times, unless it cannot be respected for reasons of service provision.

Our staff wash their hands regularly, either using soap and water, or using alcohol-based gels indicated for this purpose.

Regularly and periodically we proceed to disinfect the common areas of the office and company vehicles. In addition, we disinfect the work environment once the service is finished during home visits.

At the beginning of each working day, the temperature of each of our collaborators is taken to confirm that they do not have a fever.

Our uniforms are changed, washed and disinfected frequently to avoid contagion through the fabrics.

When making a visit to a home, our operators must leave their shoes at the entrance of the home, removing it only at the exit, once the service is finished.

We also carry out the periodic disinfection and cleaning of all our usual equipment and work tools.

We have implemented technological solutions to minimize direct contact with our customers and suppliers, allowing procedures or inquiries to be carried out electronically.

In the event that any of our collaborators present symptoms such as: fever, dry cough, headache, nasal congestion, general malaise, etc., they must remain isolated for the minimum recommended quarantine time before returning to their daily work.
