Our operations began in Panama City, Republic of Panama, in 1990. It was founded under the name REFRIPARTES RAMOS, when Mr. César Ramos, an enterprising, honest, and responsible individual, opened his first office in the province of Penonomé. Our main goal was to provide technical support and represent various brands, covering the areas of: Playas, Panama Oeste, and Panama City.
After a long trajectory, in 2015, Mr. César Ramos passed on his corporate role as General Manager to his son, Mr. César Silva Ramos. The company was solidly established as REFRIPARTS PANAMA S.A.. With 30 years of experience, and thanks to the trust and demand of our residential and business clients, we have been able to grow and relocate to new offices located in San Antonio, San Miguelito District.
Our continuous and rapid growth has led us to streamline our technical support processes, maintaining a large inventory in our warehouse (with more than 15,000 genuine parts). As a result, we have diversified our repair, service, and maintenance operations for all types of household appliances, white goods, and air conditioners from various brands, ensuring optimal service.
We continue to renew ourselves constantly, expanding our coverage, which currently includes: Panama City, Panama Oeste, Playas, Chiriquí, Coclé, Herrera, Los Santos, and Colón. Our fleet consists of 25 company-owned vehicles, which facilitate logistics and have enabled the operational development of the company.
We have established an organizational structure with a team of qualified collaborators across various departments, such as: Technology, Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and Advertising. Thanks to their dedication, we have fulfilled our commitments, which has allowed us to strengthen our position and obtain warranty representation for major brands such as: Panasonic, Hisense, Sankey, Nisato, NST, Drija, TCL, Stiebel Eltron, Honeywell, Extended Warranty, General Electric, Milexus, Frigidaire, Primo, White Westinghouse, and Electrolux. Additionally, we operate as a service and maintenance workshop—upon request and at the customer’s expense—for brands such as: Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Thermax, ARC, etc.
We will continue our work by applying and acquiring new knowledge developed in the technological era, in order to keep providing comprehensive service to our clients.
