Our operations began in Panama City, Republic of Panama, in 1990. He was born under the name REFRIPARTES RAMOS, when Mr. César Ramos, an entrepreneur, honest and responsible, founded his first office in the province of Penonomé. Our main objective was to provide technical support and represent various brands, covering the areas of: Playas, Panama West and Panama City.

After an extensive career, in 2015, Mr. César Ramos hands over his corporate position as General Manager to his son, Mr. Cesar Silva Ramos. The company was robustly established as REFRIPARTS PANAMA S.A. With 30 years of experience, and thanks to the trust and demand of our clients, both residential and business, we have been able to grow by moving to new offices, located in San Antonio, District of San Miguelito.

The continuous and accelerated growth has led us to streamline our technical support processes, keeping a large stock in our warehouse (with more than 15,000 genuine parts). As a consequence, we have diversified the repair, service and maintenance operations of all types of household appliances, white goods and air conditioners of different brands, guaranteeing optimal service.

We continue to constantly renew, expanding coverage, which currently includes: Panama Capital, West Panama, Playas, Chiriquí, Coclé, Herrera, Los Santos and Colón . Our fleet is made up of 25 own vehicles that facilitate logistics and have allowed the operational development of the company.

We have established an organizational structure that has a team of qualified collaborators in different departments, such as: Technology, accounting, customer service, human resources, operations, marketing and advertising. Thanks to their dedication, we have fulfilled the commitments that have allowed us to strengthen and have the representation for guarantee of great brands, such as: Panasonic, Hisense, Sankey, Nisato, NST, Drija, TCL, Stiebel Eltron, Honeywell, Garantía Extendida, General Electric, Milexus, Frigidaire, Primo, White Westinghouse or Electrolux. Additionally, we operate as a service and maintenance workshop, upon customer request and collection, of the brands: Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Thermax, ARC, etc.
