Delivery Policy

REFRIPARTS PANAMA, S.A. offers free shipping throughout the metropolitan area (Panama City). In addition, we make deliveries to parcel and/or external transport companies for shipments throughout the National territory. The delivery time begins from the moment the order requested by the client is confirmed by our staff.

At REFRIPARTS PANAMA, S.A. we will keep you informed about the status of your order through email notifications. You can also make inquiries by calling our Customer Service Center:

  • Office: (+507) 387-2277 || (+507) 239-0234 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Spare parts: (+507) 239-1571 Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

General Shipping Policies:

  • The estimated delivery time is from 0 to 4 business days, once the order is confirmed.
  • Free delivery only applies to the metropolitan area (Panama City) based on availability depending on the area.
  • Delivery will be made to the shipping address entered and it must be reviewed and signed by the buyer, who must be of legal age and present identification.
  • In case you have entered the wrong delivery address, the delivery time may be longer or the order may not arrive. Neither REFRIPARTS PANAMA, S.A. nor the logistics operator are responsible for delivery addresses entered erroneously by the buyer or for destinations and/or addresses not included in the coverage of the assigned carrier.
  • REFRIPARTS PANAMA, S.A. reserves the right not to make deliveries to some destinations for security reasons to avoid endangering the physical integrity of the drivers and assistants at the time of delivery. In case of not being able to make the delivery safely, we will be contacting you to inform you that you must pick up the equipment at our offices.
  • If there is no person to receive the merchandise, it will be tried again within the following 24 or 48 business hours, up to a maximum of 2 more attempts.
  • In case of going twice to deliver the requested spare part and not locating the customer, to go again you must pay the shipping or you must pick it up at our offices. The shipping price will depend on the area and/or distance from where you live.
  • In cases where the delivery is in condominiums, residential, etc. with restricted access. The delivery of the product will be made at the reception or sentry box, only to the client, identified with his personal identification document.
  • Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
